David W. Brucker is a Level-4
Principal and one of the four founders. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer in
the states of Kansas and Missouri with 15+ years of construction and
engineering experience.
Mr. Brucker’s professional experience
focuses on working with and for municipal governments. David spent
several years working as the on-call services engineer for the local
county wastewater department as well as designed and managed
numerous new roadway and rehabilitation projects for several local
City governments.
David understands the needs and
concerns of municipalities. He understands the importance of
separating the private needs from the public needs and completing a
win-win project for all parties.
David believes in the Level-4 mission
to develop great ideas through comprehensive planning, creative
solutions, and superior management He strives to implement the
Level-4 mission into all of his projects. Breaking down the mission,
we find that without Comprehensive Planning, goals are difficult to
attain. Creative Solutions is the practice of viewing a project from
multiple perspectives that may present alternative paths to the
project goal. Charging a project that strives for superior
management produces a comprehensive, accurate, and efficient end
product.
David is an asset to the Level-4 team
providing comprehensive planning, creative solutions, and superior
management all the while building and maintaining lasting
relationships.
