David
Brucker is a Licensed Professional Engineer, in Kansas and Missouri,
with over ten years of experience in land development, infrastructure design and
construction services. His specialties include both single and
multi-family residential, commercial, capital improvements, and large
diameter sanitary
sewer main extension projects.
Through
his college years, David worked summers as a Resident Sewer Observer. This
field time gained him invaluable and unchallenged hands-on construction
experience. After college,
David began his career as a full-time engineering consultant, and worked
in private practice prior to the formation of Level-4 Engineering, LLC.
David has designed numerous Single and Multi Family developments as well
as worked as consultant to Johnson County Wastewater designing interceptor
sewer mains from 8"~66" pipe.
David’s
diverse experience, a quality South Dakota
education, and a strong Midwestern work ethic have contributed to his
success over the years. A commitment to attaining project goals and the
