Max DaMetz
is a licensed Professional Engineer and registered Land Surveyor who has
been associated with private consulting firms for more than thirty years, in which he served as a partner for twenty
years and is currently the Managing Member of Level-4 Engineering, LLC.
His
expertise is in the areas of land development and public infrastructure
improvement projects. He has overseen the planning, rezoning, and
construction of several hundred single family and multi-family residential
subdivisions, numerous business/industrial parks, and hundreds of site
plans. Max has been involved in many public projects and is well-versed in
the creation of benefit districts, right-of-way acquisition through
eminent domain, and contract administration
Max
believes that the key element of a successful project is communication
between the client, the engineer, adjacent property owners, governing
bodies, and the contractor. He makes frequent on-site visits to all of his
projects to monitor the progress and coordinate the activities.
