Brett Napier
is a Licensed Professional Engineer with eight years of experience in
the preparation of construction documents for streets, sanitary sewers,
water lines, and street lights for both private developments, as well as
public capital improvements projects. Erosion and sediment control Best
Management Practices are among Brett’s strengths.
Brett was
an environmental scientist with Tetra Tech EMI, where he conducted
environmental sampling. In his capacity with Jacobs Engineering, he helped
write a confined space entry program for the Air Force. While working for
the past six years in the private sector, Brett has designed many single
and multi-family residential projects, stormwater management plans,
several miles of collector and arterial roadways, sanitary and storm sewer
projects, and preliminary development plans.
Brett
feels that strong relationships between the client, engineer, and
contractor lead to a successful project. Clients enjoy Brett’s hands-on
management style, his positive attitude, and fresh approach to every
project.
